At this time, we are in network with Aetna, Blue Benefit Administrators of Massachusetts, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans Inc., Medicare, Tufts, United Healthcare (Optum, UMR, Mass. General Brigham).

We also accept those with Out of Network benefits or those who choose to self pay.

We are in the process of credentialing with additional insurance companies, so check back for any changes.

Keep in mind, it is the patient's responsibility to verify insurance coverage prior to visit.

I strongly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking:

     Do I have coverage for psychiatry?

     Is Shaina LaBonte / Bloom Mental Health and Wellness LLC (DBA Full Bloom Integrative Health) in network or out of network?

     Is there a deductible? If so, have I met it?

     What percentage of fees will be covered?

     Is there a copay or cost share?

     Are there any psychiatry services that are NOT covered?

Initial Evaluation 60 Minutes             $350

Follow Up 50 Minutes                          $300

Follow Up 25 Minutes                           $250

Follow Up 15 Minutes                           $200

Medical Urgent Care                            $75

​

Additional professional services that take more than 5 minutes, such as reports and paperwork will be charged $25 per 5 minute increment.
