A More Intentional Approach to Mental Health Care. From the Comfort of Your Home.

You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, or inattention and wondering if there’s more to your symptoms than a quick prescription.

Many people feel rushed through appointments or unsure whether their care truly reflects their needs, values, and goals.

What most people want is simple: to feel heard and to find care that looks beyond symptoms to support lasting mental wellness.

The average wait time to see a psychiatrist is 67 days. You’ve already waited long enough.

I provide telehealth psychiatry across Massachusetts, offering traditional psychiatric care and a whole-person approach.

Through secure virtual visits, I take the time to explore your mental health history, current concerns, goals for care, and any potential underlying contributors that may be affecting your well-being.

Together, we develop an intentional, personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle considerations, lab testing, and more.

My goal is to help you better understand your mental health while supporting meaningful and lasting improvement.
